Paul Michell is a 23 year old singer/songwriter hailing from Minneapolis, Minnesota. He began his music journey at the age of 5, playing classical piano and taking lessons. Eventually, singing became just as equal as a joy, but there was something missing. "I've always wanted to do this whole music thing, but there were many years of hard work and growth I had to work through in order to actually begin...this meant I had to start doing writing and whatnot. I didn't really do serious writing until about 2010...that's when things started turning in my head and I started thinking, hey, I love doing this!"
He has worked with, shared the stage with, and performed with artists such as Amber Anne Love, Lady Tobalyas, Criss Starr, Stacy Lee, Vernon DeShazer, among others, and is currently playing keyboards for DeMonica Flye.
Besides helping support local artists, Paul also frequently plays in the Twin Cities and is recording with Cole John Hooey of 'The Season'. "This project...I'm really excited about. A whole new chapter. A whole new year. Really, really excited."
Paul's new EP 'Wake Me Up' is now out on all online digital distributors.
