Dirt
Born and raised in Northern California, Dirt is what you might call the "anti-rapper". His style is a mix of complex rhyme patterns, rapid-fire wordplay, and a unique ability for story-telling.
Dirt isn't the typical rapper overly concerned with expensive jewelry, designer jeans, and over-priced sneakers. In fact, he's more at home in a pair of Levi's and beat-up Chuck Taylor's. Dirt has deemed his rap style "Blue Collar Hip-Hop".
This is an homage to the small town he grew up in, where the majority of the population is comprised of family-owned businesses and farmers. In his own words: "It doesn't matter where you're from. You've got country singers from big cities and mc's from small towns. You're not defined by where you're raised; your talent and the quality of your music defines you".
Hip-Hop hasn't seen anyone like Dirt before. But get ready for that to change, as we all become a part of The Dirt Nation.
