Mission Statement

Our vision at Green Room is simple. We aim to be an integral part of the complicated process of artist development. Booking national tours is what we do best. But we also know that everyone involved in developing an artist must understand promotion and management -- as well as share our artists’ passion to reach a larger audience.

How We Began

Green Room Music Source began as a dream for founders Craig Grossman and Aubry Walch in the summer of 2006 after their previous agency (Vamp Music Source) decided to close its doors. Taking most of the indie rock roster with them, Grossman and Walch carried on with their vision of helping to bring artists out of their hometown (the Twin Cities) to the rest of the world.

Our roster includes both national artists (outside of the Twin Cities) and even international ones. In March 2008, Green Room will host their 2nd annual South By Southwest Artist showcase in Austin, Texas. Green Room also hosted its first College Music Journal (CMJ) showcase in October 2007 in New York City. The event starred the likes of The Alarmists, Vampire Hands, The Melismatics, Ezra Furman & The Harpoons and many more.

Submit Music

If you wish to submit your music, Electronic Press Kit (preferred), hat size or even bank account information, email Aubry at greenroomaubry@gmail.com. Again, EPKs are very much preferred.

If you’d prefer to send us music, we will provide the address. We will only consider artists with either reputable labels or publicists (also reputable) behind them. If you do not have access to either of these, please consider either another agency or booking yourself for a while to gain a solid reputation (preferably a positive one).

It has become cliched, but we do receive multiple submissions per week, so if we do not get back to you with some type of response within even a month’s time, do not be alarmed. Thank you for your consideration.
