The Maroons

(0 reviews)
Created in 1986 to present School Assembly Programs, with a powerful presentation drawing on the tragic historic genocide and brutlity of the Caribbean Indigenous and African peoples, this Legendary Twin Cities Reggae enigma shortly there-after found it's way into the local bar scene. The group became an Icon of social commentary often performing for many Social Benefits and 10 years of supporting AIM at the annual Fort Snelling Pow Wow. Today the Maroons are out of the bars and it's focus is Education and Community Events.
