Tracey Gorman

Tracey is a graduate of St. Olaf College with a B.M. in music and education and is currently pursuing her D.M.A. in Vocal Performance at the University of Minnesota where she has studied with Jean Del Santo and Glenda Maurice. Tracey has been very active with the U of M Opera Theater and has had lead roles in The Dialogues of the Carmelites, Die Fledermaus, Il re pastore and will soon protray Anne in The Merry Wives of Windsor. Tracey also performs locally with The Voices of Vienna and has sung throughout Europe with The Ambassadors of Music and as a representative of the Mozarteum Summer Academy in Salzburg, Austria. Tracey has won numerous prestigious competitions at the U of M including the Schuessler Award, the Voices of Vienna Scholarship, and has been a Minnesota NATS first place winner and Schubert club Finalist. Most recently, Ms. Gorman appeared as soloist with the Bel Canto Chorus and Orchestra of Milwaukee performing Poulenc's Gloria and Vaughan Williams' Hodie. You will definately hear more about Ms. Gorman in the future as she continues to make herself known in the Twin Cities Music Community.
