The band sounds like a mixture of old school funk/soul (James Brown, Stevie Wonder, Herbie Hancock) with hip-hop and dance influnces from artists like Kanye West, Jay Z, Jamiroquai, and Daft Punk. The band features virtuoso vocoder/keyboardist Brandon Coleman who has performed, recorded and toured with Robin Thicke, The RH Factor, Babyface, Seal, Will Smith, and many others. Pinot is currently finishing up their studio album and will be touring this summer and fall to promote the record.
