paragraphs, sometimes known as prgrphs, is a minneapolis instrumental rock band that boasts an enticing flavor of looping/delaying guitar pedals, ambient/serene keyboards, charismatic/punchy drum beats, and a plastic turtle washboard named leonard. started in august 2008 with dan and chris collaborating immediately in a ne minneapolis rehearsal space, the band had brigitte join with her eloquent keyboard talent in the spring of 2009. 

Our debut release, You Can't Make A Ghost Without Its Sheet, is out now, with a limited run of 100 physical copies available at shows (hopefully including some dates outside of the Twin Cities this summer), and a free download link (in high-quality 320 kbps format) at prgrphs.com. If you download the record and like it, we encourage you to donate at our Kickstarter page to help fund our second record, to be recorded and released later this year! All proceeds will go directly toward the budget for the release, including the hiring of people to record, mix, master, and duplicate the album. In addition to your contributions, all the money we make from gigs and selling physical copies of our debut will go toward these expenses as well. The more money we all save together, the better the quality of the next record! Our aim in doing this is to eliminate the middle man in the music recording process.
