The Dead Flowers are an indie-folk band from Minneapolis, Minnesota. The band consists of singer-songwriter and guitarist Jacob Nelson, drummer Austin Nelson, bassist Jon Nelson, cellist Jackie Kaelble, and violinist Christina Charles. The Dead Flowers are currently in the studio recording new songs. The band has been together for a little over two years and has performed at many venues including, the varsity theater, the rock, and 7th street entry. The Dead Flowers are influenced by artist like Ryan Adams, bright eyes, wilco, arcade fire, and cloud cult.
