Billy T's - is just north of downtown St. Paul. Take 35E to Maryland, East to Arcade and south 4 blocks. Owner Bill Thompson is a former St. Paul policeman with a passion for music. Good stage for bands, adequate dance floor, plenty of bar and table space. Street parking is free.
