Tillie's Bean is a Mom and Pop store.

Literally Mom, Pop, Tillie, Grandma, Aunt, Uncle and an assortment of friends make this place run like well-caffeinated clockwork.


Over the years we have come to believe in a few things:


1) It's all about the love. Say it anyway you want, but it all comes down to the fact that we love coffee plain and simple.


2) You should be able to eat breakfast all day long.


3) We never use ingredients a 5-year-old can't sound out.
We bake from scratch using real butter, real eggs and real love.


4) We serve the best coffee.
Dave (aka Pop, or "Coffeesnob" as we like to call him) roasts our coffee, so it's always fresh and tasty.
We've won some awards, but who's counting?


5) Supporting local art and business keeps our local economy going.


6) We believe in family traditions.

7) Reduce, Reuse, Recycle - because Tillie wants to save the polar bears.
