Art-A-Whirl 2004, the annual Northeast Minneapolis open studio tour and arts festival will be the largest yet. Over 100 artists will show & sell their work at the Northrup King Building. The NEMAA silent auction will be going throught the weekend in the group room (332). There will also be live music throughout the weekend.
